At Montecitos Coffee, we take pride in delivering high-quality, fresh-roasted coffee from our family farm in El Salvador. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following return policy in place:
Returns & Refunds
Because coffee is a perishable food item, we do not accept returns on opened or used coffee products.
However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund in the following situations:

There is a quality issue with your coffee

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, we will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable

If a replacement is approved, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item
